Replacing paper-based warrant workflows with a secure, cloud-based platform connecting officers, prosecutors, and judges in real time.
Agencies across the country still rely on fax machines, physical signatures, and manual routing — creating dangerous delays, compliance gaps, and administrative burden.
Warrant requests routed by fax and courier create bottlenecks that delay critical law enforcement actions by days.
Inconsistent formats and handwritten records expose agencies to audit failures and constitutional challenges.
Officers have no live view into warrant status, causing duplicated efforts and dangerous communication gaps.
Physical documents can be lost, misfiled, or intercepted — creating chain of custody issues that compromise cases.
A seamless four-step digital workflow connecting every stakeholder in the warrant process — from officer in the field to judge on the bench. No fax. No paper. No waiting.
Digital warrant applications from any device with auto-populated templates and case linking.
DAs receive instant alerts, review with annotation tools, and forward to court with one click.
Judges review complete warrant packages and apply legally binding e-signatures from anywhere.
Approved warrants immediately accessible in the field with real-time updates and automatic audit trails.
Submit, track, and execute warrants from any device. No more calling dispatch to check status.
Review, annotate, and forward warrant applications in minutes with built-in legal templates.
Review complete warrant packages and apply legally binding e-signatures from anywhere, including after hours.

Founder & CEO, Warrant Bridge™
Connect on LinkedInWarrant Bridge wasn’t born in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was built from the ground up by veteran operators who spent decades navigating the friction, liability, and danger of the criminal justice system’s analog workflows.
We are a GovTech company anchored by a single, driving mission: to eliminate dangerous administrative bottlenecks, protect the evidentiary chain of custody, and build the technology necessary to seamlessly connect law enforcement with the judiciary. That mission is a direct reflection of our Founder and CEO, Chad Ryan.
Chad Ryan’s career is defined by a relentless commitment to public service and operational excellence. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, Chad entered the U.S. Air Force. Beginning as an enlisted Medic, his leadership potential was quickly recognized, leading him to Officer Training School where he was commissioned as an Air Force Personnel Officer.
Following his military service and after earning a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership, Chad felt a renewed call to serve his local community. In 2007, he joined the Phoenix Police Department. Over the next 18 years, he operated at the tip of the spear, working in Patrol Operations, Neighborhood Enforcement, and as a Violent Crimes Robbery Detective.
As he promoted through the ranks to Sergeant and ultimately Lieutenant, Chad built a reputation for transformative leadership. While commanding the Robbery Unit, he championed a proactive, accountable culture that more than doubled the unit’s closure rate—taking it from 15% to 31% in just three years.
Real leadership requires the courage to fix broken systems. When the Phoenix Police Department faced intense national scrutiny and the looming threat of a DOJ Consent Decree, Chad was tapped to lead the DOJ Investigation Unit (later the Continuous Improvement Unit).
In a high-stakes environment where few believed success was possible, Chad coordinated the massive, systemic overhauls required to reform department operations. Through sheer integrity and operational grit, his team successfully prevented the Consent Decree. For his unyielding dedication to doing what was right—not what was easy—Chad was nationally recognized as LawOfficer.com's 2023 Courageous Police Leader of the Year.
Throughout his 18-year law enforcement career, Chad saw firsthand how legacy, paper-based workflows crippled police efficiency. He watched officers get pulled off the streets for hours to drive paperwork across town. He saw critical cases jeopardized by manual data entry errors and jamming fax machines.
Determined to build a solution, Chad founded Centurion Warrants. Drawing on the critical foundational lessons learned from building and deploying that initial platform, he recognized the need for a more comprehensive, zero-touch digital ecosystem.
He evolved that vision to found Warrant Bridge.
Today, Chad leverages his unique blend of command-level law enforcement experience and GovTech innovation to build secure, digital liability shields. Under his leadership, Warrant Bridge is delivering the precision, speed, and absolute certainty that modern policing demands.
